Forest Protection School of the Year

Green Perspective Foundation in cooperation with WOLF Forest Protection Movement organized from 2003 a competition on the best Forest Protection School of the Year. Its main goal was to encourage pupils from primary and secondary schools to not only increase their knowledge about forests, but also be attentive to forests in their neighbourhoods, care about the problems surrounding this issue and actively contribute themselves to their protection. Directly related to this were activities aimed at increasing the educational level of students about this issue. The competition was evaluated by a panel of professionals and the winning school traditionally received as the main prize a live music concert of a popular musical artist or bad. Currently, Aevis Foundation is a partner in organizing this competition.
